The shop build has been coming along great, and is nearing completion.  The interior paneling has been installed, and the shop air system is almost done.  The next step is the lift, and should be installed in a couple of weeks.  More photos are after the jump!

Interior

Shop air is being run through copper tubing placed around the shop.  All the tubing will be polished and includes a water separator and pressure gauges.

Air Lines

The tool room is a separate room inside the barn that can be heated independently.  It also houses the air compressor.

hey neat garage, only thing I can think of will that compressor overheat in that contained space given enough time?

Otherwise it’s looking good, seems like a generous amount of space also.

Sam, Thanks for the comment! I think the compressor should be fine, what you cant see in the photo is the extensive venting of the room. In addition, the system can hold a large volume of air, and is honestly overkill for the type of work being done in the shop. So far the compressor hasnt been running all that often, and when it does its not for very long. I’ll be sure to keep an eye on temps though.
